Information, not solicitation

In accordance with the Rules of the Bar Council of India, an advocate may not advertise or solicit work. The content of this website is published for information only and is accessed at your own initiative, on your own request for information about court marriage procedure.

Nothing on this site is an advertisement, an inducement, or a solicitation of work, and no part of it should be read as a claim of superior quality of service.

The information here is general and may not fit your circumstances. Reading this site, submitting the enquiry form, or exchanging messages with us does not create an advocate–client relationship. That relationship begins only when we expressly agree to act for you in your matter.

Do not act, or refrain from acting, on the strength of anything on this site without speaking to us or to another advocate about your own facts.

No guaranteed outcome or timeline

Registration timelines — including same-day and tatkal registration — depend on the Registrar, on the completeness of your documents, and on the statute under which you register. References to same-day processing describe what the procedure allows, not a promise that your registration will conclude on a particular date, nor a guarantee of any specific result.

What you are responsible for

• The information and documents you give us must be true, complete and your own.
• You and your intended spouse must be legally eligible to marry — of the age the law requires, of sound mind, and not within a prohibited relationship or an existing valid marriage.
• Your witnesses must attend as the procedure requires, with their own identity documents.

We cannot and will not assist with forged or altered documents, or with misrepresenting age, identity or marital status to any authority. We will stop acting in a matter where this comes to light.

Fees

Professional fees are quoted and agreed before work begins. Government fees, registrar charges and other statutory payments are separate from our fees and are payable as the authority requires.

Certificates and verification

The marriage certificate is issued by the Marriage Registrar, not by us. The certificate check on this site confirms only whether a registration number appears in our own records, and is not a substitute for verification by the issuing authority.

Links to other services

This site links to our client portal and to WhatsApp. Those services carry their own terms, and we are not responsible for the content or availability of anything we do not operate.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as it stands, without any warranty that it is complete, current or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the general information published here, as distinct from advice given to you in your own matter.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website.
